This work explores the uneasy ambiguity that followed: the point at which roles begin to blur—where the stalker becomes the victim, and the victim, in turn, becomes the stalker.
For a while a woman with an unintelligible voice called me on a daily basis. I was drawn into fragments of a life I hadn’t asked to witness. This work was for me the only way to cope with the mishmash of words and diabolical laughs. To transform my stalker into some sort of actor. At some point I even wanted her to call. Eventually, I managed to trace her phone number and address, and I went looking for her.
