About
Prosper de Roos develops and creates interactive works, documentaries and inter-disciplinary projects. Stories at the intersection of humanity, ecology and philosophy. His projects explore ways of navigating a changing world, where narratives both shape meaning, inspire and mislead.
His work has been selected for: Prix Europa, SXSW, Prix Marulic, Best of IDFA on tour, Porto Bello Festival London, Rooftop Film Festival NY, Museumnacht.
Prosper studied philosophy, film and photography. He specialises in using audio as a tool for exploration, and slowness as a mode of listening and experiencing. A recurring theme in his work is the shifting boundary between human and non-human, and between outer and inner worlds
